My Place Hotel-Bentonville Rogers AR

4/10 Poor

"When you book a room at my place, you get a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator that has no ice until you get there and turn it on and wait an hour and a half to get seven cubes of ice. Also, there’s only one lamp in the whole room and one light switch that turns on five lights across the whole room. Had to go next-door to another hotel to get a bag ice. why not either provide ice or leave the ice maker on in the room before somebody gets there?"

"I was disappointed in our recent stay. I stayed for a total of 3 nights and my room is never cleaned or serviced after numerous notifications. When I checked out, there seem to be very little concerned or effort from the front desk to address the situation. Proper housekeeping is basic expectation when staying in a hotel and the lack of response to multiple notifications is frustrating and disappointing. I hope housekeeping management reviews the matter and take steps into improving guest service and communication in the future."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was so kind and helpful, they made us feel like at home from the time they greeted us, we had been driving for a while. They kindly let us checked in while they parked our car and they brought all our luggage to our rooms while we took care of our 4 year old daughter who was eager to get to her room to rest and play. We will be back! We loved Bentonville. Thank you!!"
