Nestled in a quiet setting with Sugar Creek running through the property, the cottage boasts beautiful bluff views and easy access to Northwest Arkansas attractions, including Downtown Bentonville (10 minutes), Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, Downtown Rogers (15 minutes), and Beaver Lake's Prairie Creek Marina (20 minutes).

This charming space comfortably sleeps six, with three private bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and nearby bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, dresser, lounge chair, and nearby bath.
Bedroom 3: Twin bed, Twin trundle, and ensuite bath.
