"The most tranquil well positioned hotel and a lovely clean spacious junior suite with sea view in main building. A few shops bars and bus stops within easy walking distance. We were originally booked into an Oceonfront suite but changed due to the distance to walk from the very front of the hotel to the dining room etc. Not wholly suitable if chronic health concerns or mobility issues. Loved the huge private terrace with sun-beds, but ideally would choose a room with afternoon sun in future. Half board option excellent with a great selection of food at breakfast and dinner and water machine in lobby to refill your own water bottle. Only real negative, the main lounge is very small for a large hotel, with no sofas to lounge whilst enjoying an evening drink or watching live entertainment. Would definitely return as everything is to hand and only a 20 min taxi ride from the airport. "

"Great apartment in a fantastic location. Clean and well equipt for holidays or longer stays. The apartment borders the training pool, with kids pool and playground and lagoon close by. Complex has tennis courts that can be hired for 10 per hour. The complex has a shop. Thoroughly enjoyed the week here. Look forward to returning. "

"Great location- with lots of walks, shops, restaurants etc and beach very close by. Lovely room- clean and spacious The food was great, hot and plenty to choose from. The AI drinks were super! The pina colda was particularly nice. Lovely friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable The evening entertainment was FANTASTIC! Amazing singers and we danced all night! Karaoke was a laugh too! Fantastic bar staff- very friendly Honestly- this is our second time coming here- it’s great! "

"Room was great, view over the Serenity Pool. We were Half Board Breakfast & Dinner were lovely & plenty of selection. Drinks were purchased separately at Dinner. 10-15 minute walk into Teguise lovely walk."

"Only issue I had with the room was shower was not pushing out hot water felt more cold then hot but hotel was lovely "
