  • Lovely holiday home located in Ražanj, idyllic holiday destination for families and friends surrounded by calm blue sea and stunning beaches. Villa Ariana consists of two separate apartments, each with its own separate entrance, allowing complete independence and therefore making it a perfect choice for two families. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Upstairs unit has one complete bathroom while downstairs has two bathrooms at your disposal. Stone terrace leads to a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and tidy plant beds. Sea views can be enjoyed from one of the comfortable lounge areas provided on the balcony or the terrace. Covered alfresco dining table, BBQ facilities, fitness area, a kayak and SUP are at your disposal. In walking distance to the sea, the villagenerously grants a reserved spot on the beach with deck chairs and a table for your enjoyment. Welcome to Holiday House Ariana.
    With four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Upon request it is possible to accommodate two more guests with extra beds.
    Ražanj is a small fishing village and a popular destination among familiesknown for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Or head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant dining options, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.
    For transparency: please account for 200 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are allowed upon request, please inquire. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Great stay!

Reception was friendly and the service was excellent. The hosts were flexible and answered quickly to our requests. The house and surrounding environment were clean and calming. The garden was blooming with multiple flowers and birds were singing in the background.

Extraordinary journey!

Vi var sju vuxna som precis kom hem ifrån en underbar vistelse i detta hus. Boendet ser ut som på bilderna och är ljuvligt. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt område med endast 50 meter till havet där en mysig badvik väntar med vackra klippor, små båtar och badstegar ner i ett turkost medelhav. 10 minuters gångväg till ett urval av restauranger med vällagad mat och olika alternativ. Det finns två mindre matbutiker på samma avstånd. Vi hade inte en hyrbil, vilket rekommenderas, men vi åkte längre sträckor med taxi och storhandlade även med taxi vilket fungerade bra. Rekommenderas varmt! Ante med sin fru är underbara husägare som finns tillgängliga runt hörnet dygnet runt, men samtidigt håller avstånd för att erbjuda er en privat semester. Rekommenderas varmt! Tack för en fin vistelse!

Great stay!

Vi hyrde huset i tio dagar och är supernöjda. Det ligger i ett lugnt och skönt område alldeles intill ett glittrande och kristallklart hav. Huset är i bra skick och trädgården med tillhörande poolområde är lummigt grönt och fint. Vi hade kunnat stanna mycket längre!

Schöne Anlage mit Luft nach oben

Wir waren zwei Familien und 12 Tage dort. Das Anwesen is schön angelegt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Pool und das nahe Meer waren für die sehr heißsen Tage sehr angenehm. Die Terasse mit dem Terassendach bot uns außen sehr gute Möglichkeiten, auch außen mit allen schön zu speisen. Der gemauerte Grill war viel im Einsatz und wir konnten uns gut entspannen.Eine Wohnung war eine Raucherwohnung, das Sofa und Bettkissen rochen stark nach Rauch, obwohl Rauchen nicht gestattet ist Auch rochen einige Hantücher und ein Bettüberzug stark nach Rauch.Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und andere Geräte waren nicht umbedingt gepflegt und zum Teil defekt.Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war eher schwierig und wir mussten Anfragen mehrfach wiederholen.Unsere Rückmeldungen zum Haus blieb unbeantwortet..Preis-Leistung fanden wir deshalb nicht ganz im Einklang.Schade eigentlich, da das Haus selbst sehr schön gewesen wäre.
