Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dinette, gas stove (3 burners), electric cooker (1 board), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Rogoznica, district of Dvornice. The villa is located on an open plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. The holiday flat is located in a modern villa with a pool. It is situated in Rogoznica, surrounded by nature. It is close to the centre and the sea, about 900 m, and there is a parking space. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and on the property.
