"朝食は地産地消のバラエティ豊かなメニューが楽しめました。 朝食の申し込みをしていない人が受付するのに大変時間がかかって私の後ろにも5人くらい待っていたので、受付チェックは紙ではなくオンラインで行った方がスムーズと感じました。 施設は大変素晴らしかったのですが、宿泊階の廊下に他の部屋の宿泊客が大量のゴミが溢れたゴミ箱や使い終わったタオルを直に床に置いていて（４部屋ほど）廊下を歩く時に不快感を感じたので、その辺りの宿泊客への声がけも必要と感じました。"

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"They advertised that the hotel was 14 minutes walk to Kairekeun park where we wanted to go. The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. We wanted to walk and explore and was not able to do it"
