"I have no complaints. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Europe, this was by my favorite. I chose a lake view room and from My balcony I could see right over to Evian. Every staff member was beyond helpful from getting me in for dinner when I didn’t have a reservation to arranging an early morning taxi for me. They even indulged me practicing my terrible French with them. I plan on visiting Lausanne at least once a year to visit friends and I will always stay at De La Paix "

"Great staff. Older but and clean hotel with decent size rooms with small balcony. They were going through renovations when we were there in winter 2026 and the elevator was out of service but staff offered to take our luggage up the stairs. "

"The room was very large and beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was lovely- with a separate water closet and nice tub and shower. The service was excellent and we especially loved Bushra!"

"The rooms was clean and they setup the sofa bed in the living room which was great and very thoughtful with towels etc. Perfect for Family."

" Notre chambre debait etre libérée à 12 h. Rentrant a 11h d'une promenade au bord du lac, le jour du depart, notre chambre n'était plus accessible !!! Nous avons dû revenir à la reception pour faire débloquer la serrure...pas très correct !!! A part ce petit désagrément en fin de séjour, nous sommes satisfaits. "
