"We took a room on the second floor, and discovered we have a huge room with a huge bed and a great bathroom, but since the design is antique styles, the shower head was not comfortable and the water Flow was not satisfactory. Breakfast had many options to choose from, however, most of them were sweet."

"We loved our stay here and if we were in the area again we would stay again! We were staying over my boyfriends birthday and the staff (Micol and Deborah in particular) were so helpful, I got in touch before our stay and they helped arranged a bottle of bubbles for arrival and then a cake to be delivered at breakfast. We then had a lovely room with a balcony with great views too - very modern & lovely and clean! The staff were extremely helpful during our stay, helping arranging taxis too - nothing was too much of an ask! The breakfast spread was great, good fuel for busy days and the Hugo spritz’s from the bar too were delish. Good location too, a slight walk from the main centre but that was great for us. It was lovely and quiet back at the hotel and the sunset walks along the lake were beautiful. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!"

"This is a lovely hotel and much better than 3 stars suggests. Our room was clean, recently refurbished and comfortable; the staff were excellent; and breakfast was really good (lots of choice) - in a room with a great view of the lake. We borrowed beach towels and a travel plug as ours didn’t work and nothing was too much trouble."
