"The hotel is amazing. It is a perfect walking location to beach, shopping in the Rambla Nova, the pier, and historic district. Full disclosure, we live in the mountains so anything under a 1.5 mile is easy. The hotel accommodated our dates to stay after travel delays with no penalty, and they communicated thoroughly through email. Their parking garage is tight, but they have an agreed to lower price then advertised with parking garage right outside on Main Street which had ample parking spaces. It is a little more costly, but worth the easier parking. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone else does too. "

"Place is fine but the owner is one of the most rude people I've every spoken too - he was literally shouting out me and not listening. I book over 300 rooms per year, so have dealt with many hotel owners. Despite being a regular customer, he insisted on charging a late check in fee, even though he could not show me where this was mentioned at the time of booking. After promising to meet me to discuss, he sent a poor, junior staff member, knowing he would have to try and deal with this. Poor owner, poor boss - I feel sorry for his employees."

"We had a room at the front of tge property so therr waa no ocean view. We were not expecting an ocean view so this was not a problem. "
