9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The room was perfectly serviceable for my one-night stay in Frankfurt, between train and airport travel. I appreciated the location so near the north ('nord') exit of the train station but avoiding the seedy streets in that area. I did not get to take advantage of the breakfast due to my early check-out time, but it may be helpful for others to know that there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. I do not believe I have ever stayed in a hotel room in Europe that did not have at least a kettle and packets of Nescafé—which can sometimes feel like a lifesaver in an early morning, pre-airport pinch or during moments of jetlag!—just as a heads up to others.

"I like the hotel it was very clean. However, the room temperature was a little bit cold. Seems like the thermostat wasn’t working properly. I asked the staff to check it; which they did, and even gave us an extra blanket to help from the cold. The staff were friendly, and helpful. I just wished they ..."
