"Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. Dort fanden wir nur 1 Bad statt 2 vor, wurden kontinuierlich per WhatsApp vom Gastgeber „hingehalten“ mit verschiedenen Taktiken. Nach außen hin,...

"We had a great stay with 2 families in Codognè in the Villa Ariella. The house is furnished in a rustic style, nothing was missing. The large pool and garden with lots of shady spots were used particularly intensively. The hosts were very friendly and always had tips for excursions or restaurants."

"Friendly hostess and son, nice place with lots of history. The booking was through home away which I will never do again, beacause I wasn't able to book it only a request for a booking. Since there was no immediate action we booked another room elsewhere the next morning and just after that we got an email that the requested room was not only available but also booked and charged to our cc directly. This costed us a double payment for 1 night. More a home away problem than the resort."
