"Location is amazing, very accessible to walk to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bar is very nice, and while breakfast is in another hotel that they own (I think temporarily) it’s very good & only a short minute or two away. You can book a 30 min gondola ride from the front desk, which is great. There is air conditioning but it quite harsh air - keeps the room nice and cool but may need a lozenge or something. The room itself is nice and comfortable, seems a bit dated but you’re not really in there anyway. I’d 100% stay here again."

"This hotel was our first introduction to Italy and it couldn't have been better! From the messages before we arrived, telling us how to get to the hotel, to restaurant suggestions each day, the hotel staff was incredible! Centrally located near the Vaparetto, we could easily get around, even with our luggage. The rooms were clean, quiet and the daily breakfast was just delicious! We absolutely loved staying here!"

"An excellent hotel, what you'd expect of Hilton. Pros New, modern hotel with nice rooms and all mod cons. Water dispenser - each floor has a water dispenser for fresh cold water. Facility - it was nice coming back each day from San Marco to a modern comfortable facility. Free breakfast - buffet breakfast each morning. Cook your own waffle included. Location - easy access to the water bus (Vaporetto). Cons This is a really great hotel If I were to be o8ck for a rounded review, the only issue is food: Bland buffet breakfast - while a complimentary breakfast is much appreciated, the food was often cold (hint: close the covers to keep it warm), unimaginative with the same fair each day and some coffee machines weren't working or the coffee was dispensed lukewarm (unheated milk) Very basic dinner - they proudly advertise vegan and vegetarian dishes but many of us want meat in our pasta and pizza (I realise it's not Italian but allow us the choice to add). Italian dishes of pizza and pasta were well priced but if you wanted an international meal, be prepared to pay a lot more. E.g. 20 Euro for a basic burger? Really? We ended up eating elsewhere by the 3rd night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great job Hilton, we'd definitely come back!"

"Early check in compared to other hotels (2pm). Room was small but had all we needed. Air-conditioning was very good. Toilet constantly running so needed attention. Easy check-in and check-out. Didn't have breakfast or eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel as there were lots of options nearby. Handy for main Venice sightseeing spots. Gondola service close to hotel and bar nice for unwind at the end of the day. No view of the canals from the hotel. Rooftop terrace but no bar up there so needed to take drinks up with you. Venice is beautiful and we will definitely return."
