Original Murano Glass Factory & Showroom

No staff on site to check in. Had to call a number written on the door. That took 30 minutes. It is not staffed 24/7 as advertised. Room was clean. Location is excellent.

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

We were upgraded on our arrival which was lovely, the suite was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic although our first morning we weren't told where the buffet section was and was seated so we couldn't see it. We did work it out for ourselves though. The second morning the waitress explained the breakfast system. The staff were all very helpful and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. It was a pleasure to stay in such a lovely environment
