"They charge me 18% something that they shouldn’t have done because I am Canadian! They only charge 18% to Peruvian but the Fernanda didn’t fix that problem and never gave me a solution so not good "

Always asking if I needed anything else such as extra towels or paper goods. I really appreciated how knowledgeable Michelle and Pamela were with information and guidance of nearby businesses and amenities of the hotel. "
