Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work.
Breakfast was good.
Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk.
Mainly speak English.

Very easy to reach with bus 101 or 107 from Bern with a supermarket just next door.
Lovely room, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Don’t really understand the negative reviews as we loved it!

I would have given this hotel an excellent overall if it were not for the noise during both nights we stayed. A street concert from Friday night lasted until 4 AM in the morning, and from Saturday to Sunday until 5 AM. Apparently there are a lot of free street concerts in Bulle. Nothing warned us of this ahead of time, but we did find free earplugs in the room, so the hotel seems to be well aware of the issue.

Staff was excellent! Did not partake in breakfast, but coffee was available. If you like modern design (I found it ugly), stay here. The hallway carpets were in need of attention, but the room was clean. Be aware, the Swiss electrical plug shape differs from the rest of Europe! Short walk to the Rosengarten with a lovely view of the city.

"First of all, the front desk staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. But then it starts to get worse. Daily room cleaning manages it to put 1 towel inside for 2 visitors, and manages it to replace 2 towels with 1. Previously, BernAqua was included, now you have to pay. Overall, every year ..."
