"The hotel is under staffed. Lacking any system! Even though Saturday was a weekend yet the last only person that was present in the name of staff was at the front desk! Never heard or seen this before! There was complete confusion as the poor man was running around from the pillar to the post. Even though he was trying his hardest. It’s just not possible to be a jack of all trades! Also the rooms should have some kind of rugs or carpet! The floors look really bare. "
