I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. The food choice is excellent, although the dining room is large and can become a little noisy at times! "This apartment had a wonderful location and we thoroughly enjoyed Roses. However the property itself was lacking a little bit. First of all, the address that we were provided was the street behind the building and we had a frustrating time finding the property manager to check in. In the unit, which was clean, electrical outlets everywhere, but no reading lights were provided. A floor lamp in the living room did not have light bulbs in it. "The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys,...
