"Nice hotel, we unfortunately had a bad experience Offered to us an upgrade for 100 euros a night, the bidet was leaking water, the SC was not working, someone came immediately and found out the filter was dirty, came again the following day to replace it and left the room full of dirt for the shoes, then the shower broke down, was on full hot on day 3 Unable to fix it, we had to go to another room to get a shower For all of this I think a refound/ discount should have been offered. Oscar at the front was outstanding"
