Bel appartement mais un peu juste pour 6 personnes

Très belle terrasse mais il faut qu'il fasse beau pour en profiter. En cas de mauvais temps, je pense qu'il est difficile de vivre à plus de 3 personnes à l'intérieur (ce qui n'était pas notre cas). L'intérieur est moderne, propre et doté de tout le confort. A noter également que la piscine n'est pas chauffée mais qu'elle est très belle. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes prêt à y retourner.

Appartement très agréable, belle vue, bien placé pour faire d’agreables marches au bord de l’eau.

La situation de l’appartement permet de faire de belles balades à pieds jusqu’à rosas et vers Cadaques. Terrasse spacieuse où l’on peut déjeuner dehors même au mois de Mars avec une magnifique vue.Décoration simple mais chaleureuse. Cuisine bien équipée mais prévoir un plat qui passe dans le four; les plats mis à disposition sont trop grands . Un petit aspirateur serait aussi le bienvenu pour les gens maniaques . Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons cette location.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung in exponierter Lage in einer kleinen Bucht war ausgesprochen erholsam. Die Wohnung sowie das gesamte Gebäude sind in ausgesprochen gepflegtem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Luxious appartement en aardige einegenaresse, die op ons stand te wachten bij aankomst. Het appartement is goed verzorgd, erg schoon en heeft een prachtig terras. De bedden waren opgemaakt Wij gaan volgend jaar weer.

L'appartement est idéalement situé , face à la plage ; il est confortable ( 2 WC) , 2 salles d'eau , 3 chambres , sans escalier ( pratique pour les personnes handicapées) , la climatisation est générale et très facile d'utilisation . La piscine est très agréable également , le seul point noir de l'appartement est sa cuisine qui n'est pas à la hauteur , notamment le lave-vaisselle , minuscule et particulièrement bruyant et inefficace , et au ras du sol ( personnes âgées !!) . L'impression d'ensemble est néanmoins très positive . La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible .

Great location!

Great location in front of the beach, 2km from Roses - so easy to get to the main resort without having to be in it. Nice beach in Canyelles - small and perfectly formed, plus some great walks around the coastline. The apartment is great - clean and incorporates all you need for a SC holiday, plus the owner is very helpful and kind. Perfect - would go again and would recommend it.

Fantastisch appartement!

De appartementen van verhuurster Eveline Sinke, zijn precies zoals op de foto's op de site. De appartementen zijn schoon en fris, modern ingericht met een fantastische uitzicht en met balkon op het zuiden en strand voor de deur. Er is ook een parkeergarage met eigen parkeerplek aanwezig. Al voor het vierde achtereen volgende jaar hebben wij een fantastische vakantie daar gehad. Gastvrijheid staat voorop bij Eveline Sinke: bij aankomst staat een fles "Cava" voor de gasten klaar. Bovendien staat zij - indien nodig - meteen voor je klaar om te helpen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Super Lage direkt am Traumstrand

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Töchtern 1 Woche Anfang September in Roses. Die Aussicht nach Betreten der Ferienwohnung ist einfach überwältigend. Toller Blick durch Pinienbäume auf die Bucht von Roses. Die Wohnung bietet Alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht, mit Ausnahme eines gefüllten Kühlschrankes(Ha,ha !). Frau Sinke war nur bei der Wohnungsübergabe anwesend, um uns die Schlüssel zu übergeben und uns in die Technik der Wohnung einzuweisen. Hat alles prima funktioniert. Frische Brötchen und einen kleinen Laden gibt es um die Ecke. Aus dem Schwimmbad hat man ebenfalls einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Die Wohnung A1 ist nur zu empfehlen !!!
