The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a dining table, as well as satellite TV and an exit to the terrace. Another shower/WC is located on this level. The top floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, has an open room with sloping ceilings, featuring one bed and one double bed.
