"The room was very disappointing, mould around A/C vents, on doors and in the bathroom. Furnishings poor condition, sofa stained, chairs in poor condition, tv cabinet missing two doors? Waĺls grubby, finger marks and grime. Paint peeling in bathroom, kitchen cutlery/crockery etc missed matched, 2 forks 3plates 2 teaspoons etc. Bathroom very poor condition, dirty grout corrosion in shower screen, dirty glass and vanity. Not what you would expect from The Mantra???? If this is a " NORMAL" room, the place needs a refurbishment. Don't stay here!"

"Room wasn’t clean, but the apartment was nice and the view was amazing. Unlucky to have construction work staring 5:30 everyday for the periode i was visiting and the key pickup was a bit complicated after opening hours of the reception."

"My room was a bit old and dated, but I believe they are commencing renovations soon. I felt that the room was a little expensive for what it is. Car parking is undercover, safe and secure. Hotel is in a good location and is walking distance to the city and Southbank. I had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant."

"In all honesty I was appalled at what we received for our money!! We scratched ourselves to prices all night they double layer the pillow slips with layers instead of putting fresh ones on each time . My partner had to ring a uber at 4:30 am as my son who's birthday it was screamed , itched and cried all night"

"We cooked on an option that has 'free parking' and then were asked to pay for parking. We booked because it had a spa pool for after HYROX, but the pool was full of jumping splashing children with absent parents - and a less than crystal clear colour. A shame because the apartment was fantastic and we would stay there again. just sort out the basics! "

"This hotel is very similar to staying at a Las Vegas hotel - lots of mirrors and glass - lots going on visually. There are impressive technological displays of koalas, fish, swimming mermaid, and flowers in the glass panels of the elevators. The room was very large and clean. The bed was really comfortable, water bottles and coffee pods are replenished daily. They even had decaf coffee pods. The bathroom has a glass sliding door as well as transparent glass between the bed area and bathroom that can be made opaque at the touch of a button. That was really impressive. Rooms include bathrobes and complimentary slippers. The slippers have zebra stripes on them and are really cute. There is a wet bar area with wine glasses and sink, a mini-bar and a wine fridge (incur fees). The bell service for luggage is very helpful. There is an infinity pool on the rooftop which we didn't use because it was always too busy. It looks beautiful. The location is perfect to Southbank, trains and restaurants."
