Cozy flat with a shared pool, 600mt from the beach and 200mt from the city center. It may be on the ground floor with garden (outdoor furniture) or on the upper floors with a balcony (outdoor furniture). The flat includes two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles or a bunk bed), a living room, a kitchen, double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Amenities: 1 parking space, small oven or microwave, floor cleaning equipment and tableware cleaning kit. Wi-Fi is available from 24/04 to 30/09. The first supply of bath towels is not included (check below).

Nice place for stay with family

It's really nice place for holiday with family. There is enough place for 4-5 persons. Everything works as expected. Swimming pool just few meters away with separated part for small kids. We had a great time there.

Rosolino Mare

Objekt ist zentral gelegen. Zum freien (kostenlosen)Strand ca.15 min zu laufen. Zum Zentrum 5 min mit Bars, Kinderbespaßung und Bummelmöglichkeit. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der Pool. An sich schöne Anlage. Aber Badekappenpflicht,kostenpflichtige Liegen und Sonnenschirme, und ab18.30 Uhr geschlossen. Das geht gar nicht !! Wenn Abends die Kids aus dem Pool sind, könnte man noch etwas relaxen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Schade. An sonsten, tolle gepflegte Anlage. Auf jedenfall zu Empfehlen.
