The brick bungalow is located in a very family-friendly and well-maintained holiday village right next to the beach and not far from the centre (500 m) of Rosolina Mare. In addition to the pool area and paddling pool, guests have access to an entertainment programme, a mini-club, a fitness centre, and a whirlpool/massage pool. Since this resort is directly adjacent to the beach and the sea, it is particularly popular with families with children. The pool with ocean views, playgrounds, entertainment/mini-club, restaurant serving international cuisine, and the many sports facilities—along with the wide, bright, gently sloping sandy beach—make this resort the ideal holiday destination.
The comfortably furnished, approximately 30-square-meter Bungalow Plus features a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The open-concept living and dining area features a sofa, a satellite TV, and a dining nook with a table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, dishes, pots, cutlery, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may of course check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The resort has its own private beach directly adjacent to the resort, accessible only to resort guests. The entire stretch of beach is supervised by lifeguards, who are available at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. The fine-sand beach, approximately 150 metres wide, is one of the widest on the Adriatic coast. The seabed slopes very gently, making it ideal for families with children.
POOL
Our freshwater swimming pool is located right on the beach with a view of the sea! There, we have a large swimming pool for adults and a separate children’s pool. You can also relax in our hot tub. For sunbathers, there is a large sunbathing area with umbrellas and lounge chairs available for free use.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is very family-friendly and features playgrounds and children’s wading pools. Here, your children can play freely and carefree under the pine trees or on the beach, together with new friends of all nationalities—because when it comes to play, children speak a universal language. And everyone gets swept up in the fun, adults included. All the activity leaders are young, trained, and eager to entertain you during your holiday with their programme. Here are a few examples of possible activities: morning exercises, exercises on the beach and in the pool, games (tournaments such as beach volleyball, beach football, bocce, swimming, table tennis, darts, and “Games Without Borders”), singing, and dancing. And then, of course, there are various parties, dance nights, cabaret, musicals, dance classes, and much more. And for children ages 4 to 12, we offer a special mini-club with specially trained activity leaders—with the motto: Everything just for the little ones.

From morning exercises to beach and pool workouts, to sports tournaments like beach volleyball, beach football, bocce, swimming, table tennis, darts, “Games Without Borders,” singing, and dancing—we do everything we can to make your holiday as entertaining as possible. Evening parties for all ages in a cosy and lively atmosphere will help you make new friends quickly, even in the evenings. Dance nights, cabaret, musicals, and parties featuring fire-eaters and fireworks are designed to ensure you’ll look back fondly on your stay at the resort. With all this and much more, you’ll be thoroughly pampered here. And for the little ones ages 3 to 12, there’s a mini-club where qualified staff ensure all day long that the children never get bored. And that, too, is a form of relaxation for you... At the fitness centre, you’re invited to continue your fitness routine even while on holiday. It features the latest equipment designed to help you escape the stress of everyday life and stay in shape. It’s also perfect for beginners who want to try this type of exercise and recreation.

The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Shopping options are also nearby. Of course, you’re also welcome to take advantage of half-board or full-board options at favourable rates. You’re welcome to book these on-site (no advance reservation required). Hospitality, years of experience, attentive service, and, of course, the local specialities—especially the fish dishes, which are superbly prepared and served—give them a try. In addition, the resort has put together special offers and menus for guests. And for all lovers of authentic Italian pizza, there’s a wide selection of this classic Italian dish. If you’d rather eat in your bungalow or at home with friends, you can also get all of this as takeaway.

The resort is located right on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children. The resort is located on the outskirts of Rosolina Mare and is directly connected to the beach. The town centre is about a 5- to 10-minute walk away. Rosolina Mare offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, gelaterias, and a lively nightlife with pubs and street performers, allowing you to wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere. A wide, family-friendly promenade and green space or park can also be found in the centre.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometres south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants visitors with its unique landscape, nestled between the sea, a pine forest, the mouth of the Adige River, and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Amid valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you’ll discover the local flora and fauna—all of which make an organised or independent trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, and gelaterias. The nightlife, featuring pubs and street performers, is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the centre. During the holiday season, a vast array of cultural events takes place, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to nearby and more distant destinations. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice.” Its palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. But the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water park fun!!!) in Ravenna.
