"Great location, great breakfast. We had a top floor room with a nice view. The sky light in the room had no blind so the light coming through would have woken us first thing in the morning, had we not been getting used to an 8 hour time difference so we're awake early anyway. The balcony was nice but would have benefitted from a couple of chairs to take advantage of the view and coffee."

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."

"Very kind and informative host. The suite is very spacious and very clean. It has everything we needed. Would be nice to have some electrical outlets/HDMI plug ins near the bed but we recognize it’s a heritage property. Walking to the harbour was only about 15-20 minutes. Street parking was easy. Very quiet street as well."
