  • Brand new listing! Newly renovated both inside and out for short-term vacation rental. Relax in the spa at this private retreat that lies within a quiet unassuming neighborhood. Only 5 mi from downtown Chattanooga and a few miles in the other direction is the Chickamauga battlefield. Beautifully designed and landscaped backyard space is perfect for family gatherings or your next getaway with friends.

    Entire property is fenced in for privacy and security. Three bedrooms, two with a queen bed, one with two twins, and a separate loft space off of the living room with two twin bed for the kids. Sleeps EIGHT total. Two full bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. One bathroom is off the master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Wi-Fi for those needing to stay connected. Amazing newly transformed backyard has it all for entertaining: six person spa, fire pit, large deck with 65-in TV, full outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, fire pit surrounded by a porch swing pergola, and cornhole.
