"Property was top notch. Room was amazing and clean with great sound insulation. Would stay here again for sure… The only problem was we were charged for parking 18 dollars, I think, and then some event going on at the concert hall next door took up all the hotels spots so parked at the public deck and had to walk past all the inebriated event goers. The hotel kindly refunded the parking fee, but it begs the question: why charge for parking if anyone can park there? "

"Refurbished retro motel in downtown area. Beds were comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, a/c worked well. Free parking (a rarity in Chattanooga) and relatively safe. Perfect for one night stay. Plus, they give you RC Cola and Moon Pies. "

"Wow. Just wow. Very nice room, very comfortable bed, very nice staff, fresh made breakfast and lots of other choices. Omelets, good cereal bar, yogurt bar, different breads, juices, coffee, tea. Wish we could stay at Element everywhere we go."
