About this property

Anita’s Home, private pool and hot tub.

  • This home is across the pecan orchards in an excellent neighborhood. Trilevel with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry upstairs. There’s one bedroom, shower bath and half bath on the main level. The updated gourmet kitchen has a 13 foot island, Viking stove features a grill, 4 burners and 2 ovens. The kitchen is open to the family room. you can lounge on two full size sofas and two chairs. The sunken game room has two theatre placement sofas. Basketball game, video game, game table & more. The backyard is very large with a 20 x 40 swimming pool, slide and splash pad. Pool open mid April-September. You may add the Man Cave apartment for an additional 175 per night. It features 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool table and poker table.
    There are two studio guest houses in the SE corner of the property and are available for rent on Vrbo.
