The view from Hotel Cristina was beautiful. The shuttle was very convenient at ran frequently between the hotel and the train station. The rooms were clean and modern but were not spacious. The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there. We enjoyed speaking with each person and their smiles a great start to each day.

Our room smelled of body odor! The front desk said they were sold out and weren’t able to move us to another room. The rooms were musty and not clean. The walls are paper thin. No easy way to state it. It’s just a dump and in a sketchy area of town. Naples isn’t exactly know for its cleanliness, but this stay has definitely turned me off from ever staying in the area again.

Had an excellent stay here. It’s slightly outside of Naples centre, but we knew that when booking. The breakfast, top floor restaurant/bar and spa were all lovely. Also a nice touch having a mini gym in the deluxe room. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples.
