Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price.

We booked all inclusive which was a limited menu byt dinner we had were nice. Breakfasts was cooked to order. Not best options. Restaurant was cold and not very nice to sit. Lady who worked in the morning was nice. Room was clean but simple. Location was out of the way. Much better option in the area.

Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, although there was an issue with the heating as it took some time to heat the room and has to set into max but overall a very good place to stay at Rotorua. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a good spot for all ages, with some of the main attractions in the area and not to far either. Main town would be a 10 minute drive. The hotel it's self was good, clean and just what you need for a good night rest if traveling through.
