Beautiful unique hotel in a magical location

Wonderful staff and service. Views of the lake are incredible. The landscape/grounds are spectacular. Only wish it had been a bit warmer so we could have used the pool.

Very special relaxing stay

Spectacular location overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful. The conservatory was lovely to relax with a cuppa overlooking the gardens. Comfortable bed, lovely deep soaking bath. Great breakfast overlooking the black swans in the lake. Wish we had longer than one night. Fantastic service. CJ gave an excellent recommendation to go soak in a local hot waterfall which was a fantastic experience!

The Black Swan is a beautiful property. We felt very welcomed and at home. We loved our room and all the extra amenities. The breakfast was exceptional! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful property and outdoor gardens. Staffwere excellent andthe breakfast was good. The room was a little smaller than expected and not much privacy from your neighbor. Sine of the outdoor furniture could use a refresh given the price of the accommodation.
