Beautifully presented hotel, looks well maintained, nice beds and great amenities. Great breakfast. A bit out of the city, so you can't walk to restaurants, but only a short drive, or you can just eat in. Good spot to launch hiking or mountain biking from.

Staff were helpful in setting our group together with connecting rooms, however the room itself had terrible sound proofing – we heard footsteps from upstairs that resulted in photo frames shaking all night, and a very noisy, creaky heat pump. Housekeeping left belongings under the bed from the previoius stay, but otherwise clean and tidy.

Room was good, very nice breakfast with many options. Location good. Parking was ok…but a little bit of a hassle with gated lot and not good handicap access to it.

We really like the family room so that as a family of 5 we could stay in one room (well two rooms in one). This is hard to find. The staff were all super helpful in every area of the hotel. There was an awesome Fijian man at the restaurant that always made us feel super special. The breakfast buffet is great. Love the egg station! The hotel hosts a lot of tour bus groups which meant for us a family we had the pool to ourselves which was cool. The downside of the busses is a guest setting off the sprinkler system so a wake up and super late night for the kids. Not to any fault of the hotel though. The staff handled the situation very well. We could not return to our room and they moved us to an amazing room for the rest of the night/morning which was awesome… tired though…. My husband also enjoys the gym and was hugely disappointed by the gym which had an out of service treadmill, bike, rower and rebounder. That’s it - it needs some attention. My rating is based on my husband not wishing to return without a decent gym facility. Otherwise this would have ticked all of our boxes!

Good place, relatively clean. Rooms were a bit outdated, no aircon, low light so not bright or daylight friendly , old bathroom fixtures, mould like on the sink area. Staff were friendly other shared areas were tidy but a little outdated like the laundry, gym and the bathrooms downstairs. Good breakfast.
