The breakfast spread was phenomenal and Shami made us fresh coffees every morning. There was an excellent variety of charcuterie meats and cheese, breads and spreads, and yogurt. We stayed in the San Fran room and it was so cozy and private. The kitchenette was well stocked as well and the shower was fabulous.

Very nice bed and breakfast overlooking the geyser. Friendly owners and a great breakfast.The location is excellent as it gives great views away from the sulfur around the lake.

This was an absolute treat, the hosts are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They welcome you whole heartedly and work to ensure your stay is very comfortable. Be sure to sit and have coffee or tea, as they are a delight to speak with. The breakfast is amazing and sure to lead you to eat more than normal.

The hosts, Dave and Shami, are extremely friendly and welcoming people. The breakfast they provided was "European" style with the works (ie) musli, yohgurt, toast, spreads, meat and cheese platter, etc. If you enjoy meeting new people and having breakfast with them then this is the place for you. It was an interesting experience we will never forget.

Breakfast of dreams

Biggest complaint is that we weren’t there longer. The room had a couple of those “extras” like converters and power strips on each side of the bed that really make a difference. But this place stood out because of the breakfast. I was worried because I’m kind of picky, but I was worried that I ate them out of house and home. The fruit, the breads, the cheese, all of it. Seriously, days of happy memories of that breakfast!

A cosy wee space that makes you feel right at home. Access to kitchen and cooking with all essentials provided with milk, coffee etc a friendly greeting and keys to your own private space and access to an outside garden with a spa pool overlooking Rotorua, steam puffing away within view. The facilities - shower pressure is amazing, spa was delightful! And the wee kitchen had everything I needed for a quick meal. Breakfast - this was a highlight - the spread was incredible and I wish I had an appeitite for breakfast ( not usually a morning person ) salmon, avocado, a fruit salad and cheeses and three different types of bread ro toast - it was high class and delicious. Thank you for the stay! Much appreciated!

It was a very cozy room with a great view. The hosts were extremely friendly and had helpful recommendations about things to do in the area and even in Auckland where we were going afterward. They did a very nice job of making my wife and I feel at home. The breakfast was also very tasty.

Host was super-welcoming. Everything really clean and lots of character, could share the communal space (sitting room, kitchen if we had wanted to cook, etc.) and breakfast was amazing! Great view from our room balcony; we enjoyed drinking tea / coffee and just enjoying the view and the bird song.

Wonderful place to stay, very helpful host

When we arrived it seems there was a mixup regarding our dog on the booking site. This was taken care of efficiently and quickly even though the downstairs room was already occupied. Everything was clean, classy and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.
