great hotel, recently refurbished, big rooms. however, you can't charge breakfast or the bar to your room, very inconvenient when on business, easy to have one invoice instead of many.
also I had to have my key card re-activated twice, having to come back from the 11th floor. The receptionist laughed and already had her hand out knowing the problem, she said they always have to dod this. I complained that the system needs to be upgraded.
