Fantastically positioned right outside the Maashaven Metro stop, the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the delights of Rotterdam. Some of the rooms even have a fantastic view out over the Nieuwe Mass. Comfortable beds, adequately-sized rooms with modern decor. The hotel serves breaktast (for a fee) in the restaurant on the ground floor and also has a late night bar. Staff were friendly and welcoming when checking us in. Highly recommended for a stay in this wonderful city.

The Art Hotel was updated nicely. It was close to transportation. Would have rather been closer to downtown. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

A fabulous place Maisie - don’t let exterior put you off. Ideal for Metro and one stop from Ahoy stadium. Stylish hotel with good food and classy feeling.

Really nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Noise does travel in the corridors but overall you should get a good night sleep.

great, small details let it down
great hotel, recently refurbished, big rooms. however, you can't charge breakfast or the bar to your room, very inconvenient when on business, easy to have one invoice instead of many. also I had to have my key card re-activated twice, having to come back from the 11th floor. The receptionist laughed and already had her hand out knowing the problem, she said they always have to dod this. I complained that the system needs to be upgraded.

This hotel doesn't look so much from the outside but has been recently refurbished to a good standard. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Good secure parking under the hotel at reasonable price as well as on the road parking. Staff and service very friendly and helpful! Only disappointment was the breakfast, the ingredients were not such a high standard and the the choice was limited in relation to the cost but would definitely stay there again

Very smart hotel with great service. I’d HIGHLY recommend the restaurant which (especially in a hotel) is absolutely outstanding. Amazing streak and lamb shank with wonderful wine and great service! I was really surprised and pleased.

Im großen und ganzen war alles in Ordnung. Das Frühstück für 17€ ist allerdings etwas langweilig, mir persönlich fehlte, wenigstens 1 Sorte Körnerbrötchen, Lachs und Nutella wäre wünschenswert. Das Toastbrot konnte am 2 Tag nicht mehr getoastet werden weil der Toaster verschwunden oder defekt war. Für ein 4 Sterne kann man das durchaus erwarten.

Mooi en service gericht hotel. Super goed restaurant, voor zowel ontbijt, lunch als avondeten. Minpuntje koelkastje op de kamer was geheel leeg. Voor een luxe kamer had dit wel anders gekund.

Goede ligging aan het metrostation. De kamer was compact maar zeer mooi, schoon en goed bereikbaar. De bedden lagen goed en de douche was hemels.

dinsdag ingecheckt en voor het eerst in dit hotel blijven overnachten.Het was een super ervaring om te mogen ervaren. Kreeg gelijk een nieuwe kamer tot beschiking hoorde later dat ze met 60 kamers bezig waren een update Nou ik heb me de koning te rijk gevonden echt een super mooie kamer gekregen. Was er ook echt over te spreken goed hotel,lekker eten goed ontbijt,heerlijke drankjes en de service is goud. Ik zeg maar zo tot de volgende keer maar weer !!

Reserve un hotel mejor que este, pero cuando llegue no havia reserva, tuve que me quedar en la calle hasta que vosotros encontrara otro hotel, que fue este, terrible, ademas de lejos. Deberian me devolver el dinero, porque no estoy acostumbrado a quedarme en hotel que no escojo.

De accommodatie zag er netjes en goed uit. Het ontbijt vonden wij wat aan dure kant. We miste op de kamer bordjes en bestek. De accommodatie is dicht bij een metrostation. Twee stations verder is er een gratis P R voorziening.
