The reception staff were excellent , so helpful and friendly indeed. Comfortable room. Great location, direct walk from the Main train station plus tram and metro stop near by.

Great stay at Emma Hotel. Perfectly located next the Depot Museum, the Central Train Station to go around and walking distance to the waterbus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room is really cosy and comfortable, our room also came with a safe & a mini fridge for drinks. The staff were really nice and helped us when we had an issue (not due to hotel) the best they could. I really recommend this hotel Connections are really good too with a 30min train ride from Schiphol Airport

Great stay

Hotel Emma was much better than expected. Reception was extremely friendly, theres a range of teas and coffees available to anyone in the hotel too. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the hotel is right by the route 4 and route 7 tram stop as well as the metro which makes getting round really easy. Would definitely return when back in Rotterdam

Staff are great. Good location. Rooms have no AC and are hot. Windows open but there are bars across the street so it’s loud and loud until late in the morning. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Convenient and comfortable. Breakfast is no longer available on-site which is a bit less convnient, though alternative is not far from hotel and decent enough quality. Slight irritation that reception was unmanned for some 20 minutes and unable to pick up my bags to leave for the airport. A telephone number was left to call but had little charge left so was rather unhelpful to be put in the position of having to chase for someone by mobile or text.

Sadly the room I was given was so hot and the fan did not work. I couldn’t open the window because it was too noisy outside until about 2.30am.

Beds were terrible. Soap containers were empty upon arrival. Housekeeping cart was stored in the very narrow hallway. Facecloths were not available. Breakfast was served at an offsite restaurant that wasn’t ready to serve until a half hour after stated opening. Overall a very poor experience.
