Staff was super friendly. Room was quite nice. The water closest with the toilet was a touch small. Not a huge concern but it youre over 6 feet tall it might be uncomfortable. This hotel also had the best gym I've seen in any hotel Ive stayed at personally. The location was really good, you can get to most of the best bits of Rotterdam walking from here.

The hotel is next to a grocery store that has early deliveries. I also saw a mouse in the bar/lounge area. The restaurant and bar area is understaffed, there were only two servers working the restaurant and the lobby bar.

I visited Rotterdam for two nights with my family. The Slaak was a perfect choice for us; it was very convenient regarding location, room size and other services. My daughter had enough space to play around the room. The staff were accommodating and supportive. Breakfast was also good quality and variant, allowing the hotel guests to enjoy their favourite type of breakfast.

I loved the room. It’s was very clean and I am picky. I had room 214. It slept 3 people with a large balcony. We drank at the bar several times and that went perfect. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended. They have everything one could possibly want.

Mostly good - with friendly staff. But not so good if you want somewhere where the Air-Con can actually cool the room - rather than just fight against the underfloor heating. And the whole height windows curtains mean that either you can't see anything outside, or everyone else can everything inside - but nothing in between.

We loved our super stylish suite and balcony with stunning sunset views over the rooftops of Rotterdam. Great work table, deep bathtub, and insanely comfy bed. Great design details all around, including in the lobby bar.

staying in the Slaak was not comfortable, the most annoying thing was that the hotel does not offer a parking. There is a parking next to it but the receptionest wrongly told me an overnight parking will cost me 25 euros while in reality I had to pay 40 Euros. There are better places to stay in Rotterdam, nothing special about it

Beautiful, stylish hotel. Best feature was that there was so many communal areas that were comfy, including the restaurant. My room was massive and I slept like a Queen on the large comfy bed. Also very impressed by all the toiletries. The room had everything you could need.

Amazing hotel, great service and staff. We’ve asked to change our room after the 1st night as there is working going on in the building across the street and they’ve done that immediately. Really kind with kids during Easter period. Great breakfast and restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here because my daughter lives in the area while studying. I particularly liked the fact that my room had a table and sofa so we could sit comfortably. The references to the history of the building were also nice.

Helpful stage! Nice spacious modern room with two small double beds and a table with chiara. Comfy mattresses. Tea and Nespresso coffee. Separate toilet. Very happy about our stay!
