We loved our canal view terrace, and the outdoor seating. Definitely worth the upgrade. The staff was very helpful with area tips and solving our charger problem. Would stay here again.

It was a great hotel .. a must try :) but the communication with the staf was difficult . The check in and out was by phone and as a traveller its not that easy with out wifi .. but other than that the place was great and imaginary :))

"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch ..."
