Very new and paid for indoor parking, however our friends couldn’t get a fob for indoor parking and had to park on the street. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of construction in the area so be careful if walking to local restaurants

Superb self-catering apartment

Superb self-catering apartment with a nearby Carrefour Express mini-mart. Splendidly clean and quiet, with air-con and balcony. If you were eating out, then the local options are more limited, but it's a 20 mins walk to the historical centre of Rouen.

The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay.

Ideal for stopover

Perfect for what we needed - a stop on the way back to Dieppe for the ferry. Brand new and spotless. Excellent facilities in the room including fridge freezer and microwave. Very comfortable beds! Not in a particularly appealing area - building site on the side of a link road - but it was easy to get to, and back onto the road in the morning. Around 20 minute walk to the centre of Rouen. Would stay again on the way to or from the port.

Very nice new place. It is spacious, clean, and bright inside. A good grocery store is 10 min walk from the place. The internet is good. The front office people are very friendly. Possible to walk to the old town. Easy to get to the central station. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Wonderful value

As I write, this Zenitude is virtually brand new. Opened only in May. So atm everything is immaculate. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and we got lost in the underground car park! Could do with better signage tbh. Having said that it was virtually a perfect stay. Ive used a few Zenitudes around France and all have been excellent. This us wonderful value for money and possibly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on.

On arrival there was no car parking available as all fobs has gone so had to park on street which wasn’t ideal . Room on diary sight was clean . When we came to make a drink there was no kettle , hubby got coffee machine out to find a mouldy lining still in place so we left that alone . Pans were also mouldy !!

The hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay. When we arrived we found the interior to be light, bright and welcoming. The staff were attentive and cheerful and explained where we needed to park as there’s no parking at the hotel it’s self. The room was spacious and clean . The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There is a building site next door as it looks like extensive work is being carried out in the area. We were not bothered by this at all. The hotel is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the town. We found this an easy walk into a very picturesque area with cafe, bars and restaurants. It was very lively and we had a lovely meal out. We did not use the hotel for breakfast and checkout was very quick. All in all a very pleasant if not quick stay

Great newly renovated apartments with airco. Centraly located and friendly staff. It was just a pity that our toilet wasn't working properly, so we had to pack everything again and move to another room. This can happen, but we got an apartment in return which was actually smaller. I would have appreciated it if you would have given us some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Like a bigger apartment or free breakfast / a discount. This would have made me return the next time. Also, for longer term, I advice to place a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Llegamos tarde y nos desconcertó un poco que es una residencia para personas mayores/hotel. No se veía nadie en recepción. Tienes que tocar un timbre para que te den el ingreso. Tocamos varias veces, hasta que por fin abrieron. La recepcionista hablaba muy poco inglés y nada de español. Me pidió el apellido y dio unas llaves. Dijo que no había ya estacionamiento, que buscáramos en la calle. Al preguntar si era seguro dijo que tal vez. Éramos 4 persinas, reservamos una habitación tipo suite con una recámara y un sofá cama. Nos dio una habitación sencilla con cama matrimonial. Bajamos a recepción y ya había otra chica. Tampoco hablaba inglés o español, pero nos entendimos con traductor. Buscó la reserva hasta que encontró la opción reservada. Camas cómodas, limpio y práctico.
