"We had an amazing time. Our first room we checked into had stairs and since two of the three in our party have some injury and pain, the front desk immediately relocated us to a nearly identical room of equal quality to what we booked. The new room had no stairs. The location is beautiful. We enjoyed cooking and being together and it is a place I will definitely return and stay even longer."

"Family reunion with 22 adults! We are from Denver and know Steamboat! The house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room, love the long dinning room table where we could all sit down together! Rusty our contact was always very helpful and friendly. We recommend this for any large family or gathering of friends!"

"This REALLY big house was especially nice for our large family. We have 5 children and four of them are married (and 4 grandchildren). Having their own rooms and bathrooms was so nice. Also, we didn't eat out much and made our own meals so having a large kitchen with three sinks and 2 dishwashers was amazing! There were some struggles with Wi-Fi but those got sorted out (thanks for taking care of that). Also, I wish the entire house was air conditioned, but it is not. There were parts of the house that had AC so there was some relief in parts of the house during the hot afternoons. One thing I would recommend, is checking all the windows and the openers on the windows. It looks like over the years some of these have been broken. Overall, our stay was FANTASTIC AND SO FUN and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thanks for taking such good care of us. To all future vacationers, take the "active bear" warnings seriously!! DO NOT leave food outside or food in your cars and lock your doors. We saw bears almost every day and one even sat on our patio while our daughter in law was making homemade Runza's (a Nebraska thing). :) It was sniffing around and drooling - don't worry, we didn't give it one. :) Thanks again for everything!"

"Had a great stay, enjoyed the balconies and the views the most. The condo is dated but well taken care of and the furnishings were good. Was not disappointed with anything other than we wish it were a little more affordable."

"We went up with my brothers for a family event in the mountains this summer. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was nice hanging out on the balcony and seeing the mountain bikers and hikers. Having 4 bedrooms was nice. We had a great time."
