"This cabin is absolutely breathtaking. We came here to escape the noise of the Big Apple, and what we discovered was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. Surrounded by tall trees and with sweeping views of the mountains, it felt like stepping into a postcard.Each morning began with the soft drift of fog over the trees, and each night ended under a sky full of stars, accompanied by the sounds of nature all around us. It was peaceful, grounding, and exactly what we needed to disconnect and recharge.If you love hiking and being immersed in nature, this place is perfect — with scenic trails just minutes from the door and wildlife all around, it feels like your own private retreat in the woods.We’re incredibly grateful to have found this gem. "Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of town! Beautiful place inside and out with impeccable attention to detail, gorgeous artwork, super comfortable bedroom and gorgeous bathroom (we were in the Shippen room). Only negatives would be location on the main road so can be noisy if room faces the road, and although extremely clean it was too heavy on the Clorox smell in the bathroom which was overwhelming in the bedroom as well since there were no screens in windows so not possible to open to air out really potent cleaning agent smell. Jim the host was awesome, made a delicious breakfast and was a wealth of knowledge and information about the area. Highly recommend if in the area for Elk watching or star gazing."

"The property is currently under going renovations. Our room was completely renovated, we were the first occupants. We had a king suite, it was great. Staff was very pleasant & extremely accommodating to us. We’ll definitely stay there again when in the area."

"The estate was breathtaking! We got so many picture’s taken on property and I cannot wait to see them! The house had everything from glasses for mimosas (as we were getting ready for our wedding day) to emergency sanitary products. The beds were super comfortable and we had more than enough room for everyone that stayed with us! We had some children with us as well and my son still asks us if we can go back to the “big house” to play. It was really lovely having a designated area for kids to rest and play during our stay.Being on property for our big day was so essential for how smoothly our wedding day went! We were able to store our food and drink in the kitchen the night prior and move everything to the pavilion the next day, this saved us so much time and reduced our stress significantly! The owners are also extremely nice and had everything ready to go for us! We are so happy we had the opportunity to stay at the estate and have our wedding day there as well - The Fauvers This past Saturday we had my son's wedding at the Rich Valley Estates in Emporium PA. The owners of this beautiful location were accommodating, helpful, and super respectful of our needs for this special day. The venue was breathtaking! We were surrounded by trees and a babbling brook. Because the venue was so out of the way we thought we would have to bring generators to have music and light. To our surprise, there were dozens of outlets to use. I can't thank you enough for how amazing this locatio"
