Gîte 'Domaine Plan Des Devens Tendresse' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The Tendresse studio welcomes you in a 36 m² space, decorated in beige and black tones, where everything is designed to offer you a pleasant stay. You will enjoy comfort and relaxation. The owners, who live on site, ensure a warm and friendly atmosphere. The services remain the same whether you book directly or through a platform. We take care of the maintenance of the accommodation, outdoor areas, cleaning, linen, and minor repairs. In a spirit of sharing, we offer a welcome aperitif in high season, as well as optional breakfasts and sophrology sessions for an extra fee. The heated pool is accessible from May to October, with 'quiet time' slots from 1 pm to 4 pm and after 7 pm (reserved for guests over 12 and in silence). At other times, the pool is open to all. The 4-star accommodation features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with 4K streaming services, satellite, a private terrace with garden furniture, dining area, and barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided (pool towels available as an option). Each accommodation has a covered parking space with an electric charging station. The shared outdoor areas are used with the owners. Access to the property is reserved for travelers only (no external guests allowed). Final cleaning does not include washing dishes, emptying the dishwasher and/or fridge, or taking out the trash. The area is quiet, surrounded by vineyards, close to shops and the village of Roussillon, and offers quick access to the most beautiful villages in the region.
