"Dirty walls, dirty ceiling, dust on lamp, dirty chair, the tub looked dirty"

"Their was one employee working when we checked in and if I said she was useless that would be giving her too much credit. When we got into our room our refrigerator was unplugged so we had to toss some food we were planning on keeping, our bathtub didn't have a drain plug, we had 1 towel, and no remote to our TV. When we let her know about all these issues the front desk staff told us she was too busy and we would have to come down and get it ourselves. My wife was told she could go to the housekeeping room herself to get our towels, she couldn't get a drain plug because they didn't have any, and the TV remote wasn't that big of a deal so we would just have to go without. Since we had our 6 year old and 1½ year old with us not being able to take a bath and stuck watching the weather channel wasn't ideal. I would say spending the weekend in the county jail would probably have been a better experience."

"Overall it was good. But there were many people outside in the parking lot smoking and there were also a group of teenagers/young adults making lots of noice who were also smoking which is a very serious concern with families staying at this place. Maybe that can be taken care of. Thanks"

"My 3 best friends and I met up here for a fun weekend away. This hotel was close enough to the city to go do things and far enough away that traffic wasn’t insane. We didn’t use the amenities, but they looked pretty good, and on the way to our car we could tell other guests seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool. Would stay again."
