The front desk staff make you feel welcome immediately and they are extremely nice and professional. I will return to Rovaniemi and I will stay there again .

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good—right in the city center. However, it seems that the beds are old, well-worn and not supportive (the bed would sink in the middle). This led to a very stiff back each night of my stay.

the location is good. A lot of shops and eateries. There's a river behind this location, i could catch some sunrise, which is so beautiful view. It could be better if there are some smile on the receptionists' faces....

Hotel clean and comfy but poor customer service in restaurant got order wrong, a very under cooked burger, cremated chips and my wifes dinner dish never arrived with our mains … staff seem to not care or be bothered instead offering excuses … waited over one hour for food folk arrived after us eat before us why 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Excellent location
The location of the hotel is excellent. Is in the city center, with a bus stop for both the Santa Claus Village and the airport just across the street. There is also a mall and fast-food restaurants. The room is big and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is good, with a lot of choices, including vegan food. The staff is friendly.

We reached the hotel early. The room was ready but hotel wants to charge if we wanted to check in early. We asked to store our luggage. Staff just opened the door to the luggage room and asked us to to put our luggages ourselves. No one was there to help arrange the luggages or supervise and make sure we did not take things belonging to other guests.

A nice place at a good price. Shopping and groceries across the street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Limited transportation from airport. Cabs are very pricey.

Centrally located.
Great service and location was excellent. Overall was happy with hotel. I only have a complain about the new year’s dinner package they offer which is quite pricey and and it’s a buffet (with not many options) and would have expected at least to include a glass of champagne or wine for the price we paid. But aside from that I would recommend this hotel, central to everything, there is a McDonalds, Burger King and super market across the street, also many restaurant options only steps away.

Really excellent staff Very helpful and pleasant. Excellent position for getting to attractions. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast included which was varied and good quality. Only request is for housekeeping to replace tea and coffee used in rooms daily as I had to go down and ask for more milk too

Overall the hotel is very nice, the only problem it was super over crowded and they did not have sufficient personnel. For example, breakfast was always with dirty tables and no vacant places, long waiting time to be seated, waiters answering they are busy cannot do anything. Your room is cleaned only after 17:00h when you are back from the excursions etc...

Ideal location for tourists
Friendly service, perfect location for visiting the city and Santa etc. Good value. Breakfast not to my taste but i found something that i could eat. I find it strange though that theres no staff on the breakfast room door to confirm you are staying at the hotel as anyone could wander in off the street, but that isn't anything that is a problem for me.

Small but clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Good bed and plenty of hot water. No tea making facilities in the room. Machine coffee available at reception for 3€. Had to pay at reception, but understaffing at reception meant a 15 minute wait.

Great location but facilities too small
Hotel was clean, tidy and in a good location. The room was a reasonable size for a family of 4, the children slept on a sofa bed which was not the most comfortable but adequate for a 3 night stay. Bathroom was on the small side, the shower cubicle was the smallest I have seen in a hotel and leaked water out on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was poor. The selection was limited and there was not enough space or food for the number of guests. People were queuing (or lingering around the restaurant) for tables, the restaurant felt crowded and tables were close together. The staff were working extremely hard to clear tables and get food out but much of the selection ran out particularly if you arrived for breakfast a little later. On the final morning of our stay we arrived for breakfast at 0930hrs (it closes at 1030hrs), we struggled to find a table, most of the food l had run out, we struggled to find cutlery and plates. We ended up eating very little and had to buy breakfast once we left the hotel. Disappointing compared to the Scandic Helsinki Park which we stayed in previously and was excellent.
