This comfortable and nice apartment is situated on first floor in a building with other flats. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, closed covered terrace with sitting area, living room with extendable sofa for additional 1 or 2 persons, kitchen with a dining room. The place has free internet wi fi, and satellite TV. Also a washing machine in the bathroom. The place is walking distance from restaurants, super markets, coffee bars, city center and beaches. The place is on the 1st floor available only by stairs.

There is private parking in front of the building but it is not possible to reserve it. Additionally only 2 minutes away are also free public parking places.
Pets are allowed only on request.
Smoking is allowed only on terrace.
Baby cot is available only on request.
