In realtà sarebbe un garage trasformato in monolocale ma dotato di tutto: dalla doccia al gas con bombola se volete cucinare con posate, piatti e pentole. Pur essendo a piano terra non esistono zanzare (avete a disposizione una piccola verandina con tavolino, due sedie e una siepe che vi consente di avere la vostra privacy rispetto alla strada) e se tenete chiuse le finestre quando andate al mare al rientro la sera sarà fresco senza dover accendere condizionatore (c'è anche quello). La posizione è strategica, parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze (se volete parcheggiare specificatelo quanto prenotate). ZDENKA è un Host eccellente, gentilissima, pratica ed abita lì nel comprensorio ma è molto discreta (non la vedrete mai). All'anno prossimo

Es war ein sehr nettes Apartment, bei dem es mir quasi an nichts gefehlt hat. Ich sitze im Rollstuhl und bin trotzdem sehr gut zurecht gekommen (Anmerkung für Rollstuhlfahrer: ich würde mich als recht geschickt einschätzen - die ein oder andere Hürde könnte schon herausfordernd sein, wie z.B. die sehr schmale Tür zu Bad/Klo (ca. knappe(!) 60cm) mit einer Stufe hinauf oder die Stufe beim Eingang zum Zimmer; bis zur Türe keine Stiegen). Die ältere Dame war sehr nett - ein paar Fetzen Kroatisch zu können ist hilfreich, ansonsten Hände und Füße. Sie stellte auch gleich bei der Ankunft die Frage, ob wir unsere Wäsche gewaschen haben wollen ... :P wichtige Anmerkung: bin leider mit Navi hin und mit dem wird man etwas in die Irre geführt...am besten die Leute in der Umgebung nach Ljudevida Gaja (Nr. 4?) fragen !! Sind dort alle sehr freundlich ! summa summarum sehr fein - wär' auch bereit mehr zu zahlen.

Urlaub in Rovinj

Es hatte alles gehabt was man so braucht. Sauberes Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage, und eigen Terrasse mit einem privaten Stellplatz. In der Nähe ist eine Bäckerei, Bar, Einkaufsläden und Pizzeria. Zu Fuß ca 12-15 Min. zum Meer und auch in die Altstadt ca. 15 Min. Alle sind hier sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr gerne weiter zu empfehlen und auch wir kommen nochmal hierher. War alles angemessen und hat gepasst.

Izjemno prijazna lastnica gospa Zdenka, parking le 30 m stran za vogalom, zvečer mir čeprav je hiša v sredi naselja
