We had a great stay here. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Its a good location. Dedicated parking space and walking distance to the town center and anything you might need. Highly recommend a stay here when in Rovinj.

Perfect holiday apartment

The apartment is beautifully renovated, spacious, comfortable with lots of natural sunlight. Very conveniently located one block from the sea and grocery stores. A short walk to get to the old town, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the balcony with a view over the neighborhood. Only stayed for two nights, would have loved to stay longer.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Great location. Easy to walk to the old town and so great to have a parking space just outside. Also walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Apartment was comfortable. Note you will need to climb several floors. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space. Nice view from the balcony. We were confused and frustrated because the “host” in the app told us we had to communicate with the “local host” via text, which we didn’t want to do. But the local host, Jela, was very kind and helpful.

Perfect location, walking distance to city centre. Free parking spot downstairs. Apartment very pretty, fresh and clean. Second bedroom a bit small for plus sized people, but ok. Not suitable for people with with invalidity due to lack of elevator. Host owns a very nice restaurant with special discount for guests.

Das Appartement war sauber und schön. Die Gastgeber freundlich und wir durften früher einchecken und später abreisen um 1 Std. Die Nähe zur Stadt war supa alles in 5-10min Fußweg erreichbar (Strand und Stadt). Parkplatz war auch dabei.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Attenzione, piano molto alto senza ascensore e non specificato. Appartamento trascurato, cassetti rotti, pavimento pieno di capelli, sporco nel cestino del bagno, scarico lavandino lento e letti rumorosi. Molto caldo, aria condizionata solo in soggiorno. Lasciti di altre persone Sparsi per i cassetti della casa ( creme, giochi, ciabatte usate, resti di cibo…) non vale assolutamente la cifra richiesta. Infine non eravamo ancora andati via che il proprietario ci pressava con la sua auto perché gli lasciassimo libero il posto auto.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Apartment, tolle Lage (man ist zu Fuß mit Kindern schnell im Zentrum und wir waren mit dem Rad schnell an den nahe gelegenen Stränden, sehr guter Preis, Parken im Innenhof, netter kleiner Balkon, Gasthaus der Gastgeber gleich daneben. Wir waren zu viert und hatten sehr viel Platz im Apartment, geräumige Wohnung!

Great stay!

Great location with a parking spot, comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage. The appartment was clean and a had working AC which was great since it was really hot. Good for the price! Note that there is no elevator and the appartment is on the 4th floor.

Nespokojnosť

Ubytovanie bolo super zariadené. Nespokojný sme boli s klimatizáciou. V noci sa nedalo pre teploty spať . Susedia sa sťažovali keď sme sa 5 minút po desiatej rozprávali na balkóne pri cigarete . Ubytovanie je na 5 poschodí bez výťahu. Digestor nad varnou platnou nemá vývod. Všetko teplo a para z varenia ostáva č obývačke a kuchyni . Samozrejme upchata sprcha , museli sme čakať 20 minút kym odtiekla voda aby sa niekto ďalší mohol sprchovať.
