ULIKA Studio Apartment 1 is a 3star Studio. It is located in 15 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 23 m2 and balcony is 5 m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. There is a common laundry area that is available for all guests to use. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have the possibility to use a common garden with a nice common table and BBQ. For guests who arrives with bicycles there is a basement or garage available, where bikes can be stored.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

Nice location, clean and comfortable. Helpful owner

Good location. Very friendly owners, helpful and always available if needed. The location of accomodation is very comfortable. Close to the city center and the seaside. Very much a walking distance. Quite nice to have supermarker Kaufland close to the apartment if needed. Kitchen and bathroom with washing machine are there as well, although quite empty. It would be good idea to bring your own detergent, frequently used food like sugar, salt, oil etc. Otherwise very good bargain for the price.
