Villa Mason with Heated Pool and mini Wellness

Villa Mason is a stylish semi-detached villa in Rovinjsko Selo (in Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the coastal charm of Rovinj and 35 km from Pula.

Perfect for relaxation, the villa features a private heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, offering a luxurious retreat for guests.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, Villa Mason also includes a private poolside unit with a bedroom and separate bathroom, providing a quiet and independent space for those seeking extra privacy while staying close to the main villa.

The heated pool is surrounded by a spacious garden, and a coal/wood BBQ allows for enjoyable al fresco dining. Two parking spaces with an EV charger add convenience for guests.

Inside, the ground floor hosts an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms opens onto a balcony with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. A highlight of Villa Mason is the first-floor wellness area, where a hot tub and sauna are accessible through the bathroom, providing a private retreat for relaxation.

The villa is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the poolside bedroom, one in the ground-floor living room, and one on the first floor.

The villa’s location makes it easy to explore Istria’s highlights. Beautiful beaches such as Balota (8.2 km), Cuvi (9.1 km), Mulini (9.2 km), and Cisterna (11.3 km) are just a short drive away. Nearby towns, including Rovinj, Poreč, and Fažana, offer dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. The E751 highway and Pula Airport (33 km) make travel simple and convenient.

Villa Mason is attached to a twin-sister house Villa Paradiso Piccolo, and they share only the main entrance gate. Guests from the neighboring villa will pass near your yard to reach their private entrance and outdoor area.

Pool heating is available on request and is charged at an additional 200 EUR per week, payable in cash. The pool can be heated up to 25°C. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance, and it applies only for the entire stay.
