Villa Piccolo Paradiso is a modern family villa with a private heated pool near Rovinj.



The modern interior as well as the relaxing exterior leave the impression of little heaven, as the name suggests. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 modern, cozy bedrooms: 2 with double beds and one with two single beds.



Green garden with heated pool, sun loungers and stone jacuzzi is a place to relax, even in spring or fall. In the garden there is also a small pool house where the 4th bedroom is located - perfect for those who want extra privacy in an idyllic Istrian stone cottage. Also perfect for those who want to jump into the pool straight after waking up! The pool house also has a Finnish sauna, an additional bathroom and an outdoor dining area with 2 barbecues.
