Staff was very nice but the hotel did not have amenities like shower caps in the rooms. The hallways and doors seemed a bit run down and in need of maintenance. I was a little disappointed since this was a 5 star hotel.

"Empire Hotel is a classic older hotel with a lot of character. It was close to restaurants and shops and very walkable. With any older hotel, there was some dated features that could use some updating, but not that important. The AC in our room was not working, so it became hot and uncomfortable. ..."
