"NO BREAKFAST!!! They advertise breakfast, but its only coffee, & packaged donuts! Hall ceiling tiles are filled with black mold. The only pleasant thing I can say is the room was clean, nothing was broken,
Also I booked through Expedia, but it's less registering at the hotel."

"Probably the best stay I've had in a long time, if not ever. This beats any hotel in my opinion. My daughter and i stayed here for just one night but wished we were able to stay longer. The next time we're in the area we'll definitely stay here again!"

"This was the BEST vacay home we've ever stayed in. Shannon thought of absolutely everything! Check-in and check-out was easy. She gave very detailed instructions regarding every aspect of her home. Shannon thought of EVERYTHING! Comfortable bed linens & pillows, fully stocked kitchen with snacks, water, coffee pods & creamer, spices, ziploc bags, everything! She had extra towels, bathroom essentials, and all the comforts. Love the space, decor, location, parking. Everything was SUPERB! We highly recommend Shannon's home and will definitely stay here again when we return to Chatanooga! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable in every way! "
